German director Reiner Holzemer will be in attendance at the upcoming French film festival "Festival du cinéma allemand de Dinard" to present his latest work LARS EIDINGER - ÊTRE OU NE PAS ÊTRE (LARS EIDINGER – TO BE OR NOT TO BE).
The film, that has recently been awarded "Best Documentary 2023" with the Gilde Film Award, will be shown as part of the festival's focus on German cinema, on November,18th 2023 at Emeraude Cinémas Dinard (OV with French subtitles).
Reiner Holzemer is known for his insightful documentaries, mainly artist portraits. His film MARTIN MARGIELA - IN HIS OWN WORDS (2019) about the fashion designer Martin Margiela has been chosen "Best documentary of the decade" by The Hollywood Reporter.
In addition to the film screening, Reiner Holzemer will also participate in a Q&A session with the audience.
